My sympathy was pretty much when she described the stress levels and response to failure of her husband. If he's had a clear run and never really failed at anything before, that would be insanely stressful and be affecting everything he's ever believed about himself. It's taken me over 10 years to get over my major failure which left me seriously depressed. Even now if you hit me in the wrong mood I'll start crying again. *shrug*
